Cambia Health seeks a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role with 3 days in office, located across Fargo, ND; Boise, ID; Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Medford, OR; Portland, OR; Renton, WA; Vancouver, WA; Spokane, WA; Burlington, WA. Candidates must reside within commutable distance or relocate.

You will lead delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management methodologies to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once within budgetary constraints.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities.
• Manages overall project plans and presents status reports to leadership and clients.
• Drives outcomes through planning, scope management, and risk mitigation.
• Assembles the project team and guides members.
