Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role across multiple offices. You will lead the delivery of new products and enhancements to market, applying project management methods to keep projects aligned with strategy, on schedule, and within budget while meeting customer requirements.

The role requires 5 years of program management experience and experience with insurance products; a Project Management certificate is preferred and PMP

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once within budgetary constraints.
• Contributes to development and adherence to PM methods.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities.
• Manages overall project plans and presents status reports to leadership and clients.
• Drives outcomes with scope management, resource allocation, risk mitigation and cost control.
