Job summary

Cambia Health in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II for a hybrid role. You will lead the delivery of new products and enhancements to market, applying project management methods to keep initiatives on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer needs.

You will oversee multiple projects, mentor teams, and coordinate with sponsors, clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality results across locations including Fargo and Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including the quality and timeliness of all defined projects and the resolution of issues within them (goals, resource allocation, release planning, technology architecture, etc.).
• Oversees multiple projects at once, ensuring timely deliverables within budgetary constraints.
• Contributes to the development of company‑adopted project management methods and ensures adherence to them.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities in accordance with Enterprise Program Management Office policies and standards.
• Manages the overall project plan(s), and prepares and presents plans and status reports to organizational leadership, project teams, and client/customer groups.
• Drives project outcomes through effective planning, task definition, scope management, resource allocation and negotiation, risk mitigation, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
