Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Part-time Product Handling role at our IN100 Distribution Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will move, restock, and label product, using hand tools, pallet jack, or forklift, while keeping the DC organized and compliant with safety policies.

The job offers part-time shifts with flexible scheduling after onboarding and meeting performance goals. Candidates should be reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product.
• Consolidating product.
• Restocking product locations.
• Moving inventory throughout the distribution center.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings.
