Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, or hospitality.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles; valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; ability to work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads, capture rate, drive rate, orders, and NPS.
• Demonstrate brand/product knowledge; support events and demonstrations.
• Maintain store standards, operate POS/CRM tools, and assist with deliveries.
