Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Part-time Product Guide to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge and assist guests with problem solving, while weaving product details into interactions in an authentic way.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community, developing your passions with team support and contributing to merchandising and guest experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving.
• Building a strong understanding of products and weaving information into guest interactions.
• Championing ARC’TERYX as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Developing your passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Supporting store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with the team and leadership.
• Participating in various store tasks as assigned.
• Answering store phones, voicemails, and emails; occasionally on Epicenter social media.
• Using POS to process transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
• Unpacking inventory boxes (5–30 lbs) as required.
