Arc’teryx is seeking a Product Guide to deliver an exceptional brand experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge, help guests find solutions, and act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.

You will collaborate with store leadership, contribute to merchandising feedback, and participate in brand initiatives while remaining flexible and customer-focused. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy outdoor activities that reflect our ethos.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Operate POS and process transactions, warranties, trades, purchases and returns.
• Maintain store tasks and respond to store communications as needed.
