Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a part‑time Product Guide to deliver a best‑in‑class brand experience on the retail floor in Los Angeles. You will share technical product knowledge, assist guests with solutions, and champion the brand in-store and in the community.

You will develop product understanding, support store leadership on initiatives, and help drive sales while maintaining a collaborative team environment. Availability includes weekends and holiday season commitments.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to adapt to changing store needs and schedules.
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and guest transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experience and share technical product knowledge with guests.
• Weave product knowledge into interactions in an authentic way.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions in and out of the store with the team’s support.
• Collaborate with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with the team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Handle store phones, voicemails, store emails, and social channels when needed.
• Process guest transactions accurately via POS, including warranties and returns.
• Assist with inventory and unpacking of boxes as required.
