Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager I to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management across cross-functional teams including Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

You will contribute to strategy, research, new product development, and performance analysis to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-launch management.
• Gather and synthesize input from cross-functional teams to support product decisions.
• Develop product requirements, documentation, platforms, and launch materials.
• Conduct product, market, competitive, pricing, sales, and customer research; analyze findings and provide recommendations.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and quality improvement.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, margins, and competitive positioning.
• Support project management activities including meetings, status updates, and timelines.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and enhance customer experiences.
• All other duties as assigned.
