Job summary

ResQ is seeking a Product Growth Designer to shape how customers discover, adopt, and derive value from our AI-first platform. You will design experiences across the customer journey—from onboarding to retention—focusing on turning great product experiences into measurable growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify friction and opportunities, and to implement experiments that move the needle using data, research, and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Growth Design, or Growth Hacking.
• Experience designing products that positively impact acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable design impact in B2B or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize experiences across customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Use product analytics, customer behavior, research, and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and improve the experience.
• Design intuitive AI adoption features and workflows to boost adoption and trust.
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas using Figma and AI-powered tools alongside code.
• Own the end-to-end design process from research through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to bring high-impact experiences to life.
