ResQ in Miami is seeking an AI Product Designer to shape the future of our AI-first platform. You will lead the design of intelligent, customer-centric experiences, partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions that empower service businesses.

You’ll move quickly from ideas to prototypes to shipped products using Figma, AI-powered tools, and code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, ideally with B2B products.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered product experiences that solve real customer problems.
• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to launch.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma, AI-powered design tools, and code.
• Partner with Engineering to shape product strategy and prioritize features.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to inform decisions.
• Build scalable design systems and reusable components.
