Job summary

ResQ, a fast-growing AI-first facilities platform, is seeking a Product Growth Designer to shape how customers discover, adopt, and extract value from our product. You’ll design end-to-end experiences across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention, partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to move quickly and measure impact.

You’ll use product analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities, run A/B tests, and translate insights into prototypes with Figma and AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Growth Design, or Growth Hacking.
• Experience designing products that have directly impacted customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or conversion metrics.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, customer journeys, funnels, experimentation, and behavioral design.
• Comfortable using product analytics and customer data to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Experience designing and running experiments, including A/B tests, and using results to iterate on product experiences.
• Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar, alongside traditional design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Product Growth: Design and optimize experiences across customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Identify friction and help customers reach value faster.
• Experimentation & Insights: Use product analytics, customer behavior, research, and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and continuously improve the experience.
• AI Adoption: Design intuitive experiences that help customers discover, trust, and adopt ResQ’s AI-powered features and workflows.
• Rapid Prototyping: Turn ideas into interactive prototypes and experiments using Figma, AI-powered development tools, and code to quickly validate concepts.
• End-to-End Design: Own the design process from customer research and ideation through launch, measurement, and iteration, with a focus on measurable impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to shape growth strategy, prioritize opportunities, and bring high-impact experiences to life.
