Job summary

ResQ, a fast-growing AI-first facilities platform, is seeking a Product Growth Designer to shape how customers discover, adopt, and extract value from our product. You’ll design end-to-end experiences across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention, partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to move quickly and measure impact.

You’ll use product analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities, run A/B tests, and translate insights into prototypes with Figma and AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Growth Design, or Growth Hacking.
• Experience designing products that have directly impacted customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or conversion metrics.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, customer journeys, funnels, experimentation, and behavioral design.
• Comfortable using product analytics and customer data to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Experience designing and running experiments, including A/B tests, and using results to iterate on product experiences.
• Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar, alongside traditional design tools like Figma.

• End-to-End Design: Own the design process from customer research and ideation through launch, measurement, and iteration, with a focus on measurable impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to shape growth strategy, prioritize opportunities, and bring high-impact experiences to life.

ResQ is looking for a Product Growth Designer to help shape how customers discover, adopt, and get value from our AI-first platform. You'll design experiences across the customer journey—from onboarding and activation to feature adoption, engagement, and retention—with a focus on turning great product experiences into measurable customer and business growth.

We're looking for a builder who thrives at the intersection of design, growth, data, and technology. You'll move quickly from insights and hypotheses to prototypes, experiments, and shipped experiences using a combination of Figma, AI-powered tools, and code.

You'll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify friction, uncover growth opportunities, and design experiences that help customers reach value faster. You'll use customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to understand what's working, what isn't, and where design can meaningfully move the needle.

What you will do:

As a Product Growth Designer at ResQ, you will contribute in the following areas:

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Growth Design, or Growth Hacking, ideally in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• Experience designing products or experiences that have directly impacted customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, or other growth metrics.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, customer journeys, funnels, experimentation, and behavioral design.
• Comfortable using product analytics and customer data to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Experience designing and running experiments, including A/B tests, and using results to iterate on product experiences.
• Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar, alongside traditional design tools like Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, experimentation, and the measurable impact of the experiences you've designed, ideally within B2B or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities proactively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
