Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with at least five years of experience.
• Ability to manage complex project development and teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of engineering, marketing, finance, or lean manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Align cross functional stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Consult with the project team to solve problems and drive accountability.
• Determine budget, resources and timeline; prepare progress reports for management.
• Manage risk and contingency planning within the project team.
