Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 years of leadership in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience understanding capacity and capital acquisition.
• Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
• Ability to develop reliable, high-performing manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the team of manufacturing engineers to drive safety, capacity, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Product Engineering, Sales, Service, Procurement, HR, and Finance.
• Develop and present financial justifications for capital investments and manufacturing improvements.
