Qualifications

• Strategic and product-minded leadership guiding analytical products through their lifecycle.
• Coaching and mentoring data analysts and cross-functional teams in technical methods.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics and AI applications in business.
• Experience with big data, cloud data lakes, and enterprise visualization platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to senior executives.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact, large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring, and guiding analytics managers and teams.
• Shape long-term analytics strategy aligning with corporate goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and scope high-value data use cases.
• Identify AI opportunities and champion learning initiatives in analytics.
• Develop robust business cases delivering financial and operational value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform and Application teams on analytics products.
• Lead discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analyses.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders translating needs into data requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations with impact summaries.
