Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide data analytics teams and to drive AI and advanced analytics adoption. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to identify high-value use cases and to mentor analysts, shaping the organization’s data capabilities and strategy.

You will collaborate with product, cloud, and business partners to design scalable analytics products and deliver high-impact value through robust business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams.
• Guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify high-value data use cases.
• Identify AI learning use cases with AI COE and digital solutions teams.
• Drive value realization with data-driven business cases and financial impact analyses.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform, and Applications teams to build scalable analytics products.
• Lead discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis of problems.
• Facilitate workshops and align senior stakeholders on data requirements.
• Present data-driven recommendations with risk-benefit analyses.
