Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Product Flow Specialist to support back of house operations and manage product from receipt to placement. You will help drive sales, key metrics, profitability, and loss prevention while assisting the store Leadership team.

This role requires flexible hours, proven process leadership, and a willingness to learn and grow within URBN's store operations framework.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead product flow processes, including shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and floor placement.
• Maintain back of house standards, keeping receiving/shipping/stock areas organized and efficient.
• Communicate with leadership, share progress, and coordinate restock and flow improvements.
