Job summary

Free People is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles area to support selling, service, and operations while fostering a wellness-forward store environment. You will collaborate with leadership, guide the team, and help execute events to engage the local FP Movement community.

The role emphasizes brand experience, employee development, and omni-channel customer service, including using MPOS, POS, and the FP App. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in store leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated passion for FP Movement or local fitness community.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador reflecting FP Movement values and create engaging visual experiences.
• Lead the team to deliver personalized service and product recommendations.
• Support store events and partnerships to drive brand engagement and sales.
• Ensure omni-channel shopping experiences with MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Foster a culture of development and timely, actionable feedback.
