Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior FP&A/Finance partner to drive forecasting, business planning, and cost optimization across the R&D and product portfolio. You will work with finance and product leaders to model scenarios, evaluate investments, and provide data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in financial modeling and analytics within technology/SaaS, plus manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Apply business and financial acumen to support operational and financial decision makers with data, analysis, metrics, and operating model alignment.
• Support product roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and resource constraints in collaboration with engineering and product leads.
• Model new product design iterations and develop business cases for new products/features based on product-market fit and cost reduction.
• Drive cost reduction, headcount, and budget reviews to align with the company plan and product strategy.
• Support the corporate forecasting process for R&D/product spend and present results to R&D leaders; participate in FP&A meetings.
• Assist in Investment Business Cases for new products and strategic initiatives with cross-functional collaboration and P&L exposure.
• Contribute data, KPIs and analysis for product segments and market performance.

Education
