Job summary

Axon, a leader in safety tech, is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Finance – Software Product. You will own end-to-end financially for software product lines, guiding investments, pricing, and long‑range value creation.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Corporate Finance to drive performance in a fast‑growth environment. You will manage planning, forecasting and analytics for ARR, bookings and margins, with a focus on scalable processes and rigorous FP&A governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, forecasting and analytics.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication for executive interactions.
• Experience with software product finance, SaaS models and revenue recognition.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales and Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L planning, budgeting and forecasting for software products.
• Partner with Product leadership to evaluate investments and roadmap prioritisation.
• Lead scenario modelling and pricing strategy support.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance and margins.
• Lead budget‑vs‑actual analyses and reviews for senior leadership.
