Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to partner with Next Markets sales teams and drive analytical rigor across commercial finance. You will influence growth initiatives, optimize performance, and shape deal economics for complex opportunities.

You will lead hybrid on-site collaboration at hub locations and manage forecasts, KPI reporting, and cross-functional strategic alignment with sales and operations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of total experience in Finance.
• Strong background in commercial/sales/GTM finance, FP&A, modeling, and strategic business partnering.
• Experience leading finance efforts in high-growth sales teams in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Next Markets, supporting strategic initiatives and operational execution.
• Own and guide strategic investment roadmap for the segments with cross-functional alignment.
• Advise on large, complex deals to support growth in the market.
• Build and manage short- and long-range forecasts aligned with FP&A processes.
• Define, monitor, and report key operational KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Support market entry, pricing strategy, and investment decisions with financial modeling.
• Partner with sales leaders to shape Next Markets business strategy and performance.
