Axon, based in Seattle, seeks a Senior FP&A Manager for Software Product Finance. You will own the end-to-end financial management of software product P&Ls, including planning, forecasting, revenue recognition, and performance analytics, influencing roadmap and pricing strategy.

In this high-visibility role you’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Finance to ensure financial discipline and strategic alignment, while guiding growth and value creation in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business admin or related.
• Minimum 7 years in finance/accounting with forecasting and analytics; tech background a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication for cross-functional work.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L planning, budgeting, and forecasting for software products.
• Work with Product leadership on investments, roadmap priorities, build-vs-buy decisions, and capital allocation.
• Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for exec decisions.
• Support pricing strategy with financial analysis and market insights.
• Drive financial discipline across resource, headcount, and spend tracking.
