Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting related field.
- 7+ years in financial modeling, forecasting and analytics.
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience driving process improvements for quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with strong deadlines.
- Industry experience in Tech/ SaaS and manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and constraints.
- Drive cost reduction, headcount and budget reviews aligned to the plan.
- Support corporate forecasting for R&D/product spend and present to leaders.
- Manage R&D OPEX and CAPEX budgets for multiple pillars.
- Assist in Investment Business Cases for new products and initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc FP&A analysis to streamline reporting with AI.
