Job summary

Axonify is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting. You’ll own ARR metrics and collaborate with BizOps, Sales, and CS leadership to model contracts and planning.

You will prepare board-ready reports, drive KPI insights, and develop systems that scale with our SaaS business. This role blends strategic finance with hands-on analytics across the org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• CPA designation is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process with financial models and departmental input.
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial reporting and KPI tracking with variance analysis.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and SaaS metrics.
