Job summary

Adyen is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Experience (PX) to lead an international PX team spanning Amsterdam and Chicago. You will own end-to-end product discovery and execution from research through content, driving a fast, customer-centered journey for merchants setting up their business.

You will mentor a team of PX professionals, align with senior leadership, and accelerate value realization across onboarding, KYC/KYB and related workflows in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior people leadership experience in a Product design or UX field.
• Strategic leader with a builder's mindset and strong UX craft.
• Customer-centric mindset balancing user needs with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the Product Experience (PX) vision and strategy, ensuring it drives business goals and success metrics.
• Build and grow a high-performing team of 8 full-stack PX professionals who own end-to-end discovery and execution.
• Partner with Group Product Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the quality of PX work stays high and raises the bar for customers.
• Champion PX across the organization, prioritizing customer needs in product strategy.
• Empower team members to succeed, grow, and become highly effective for the business.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across product, development, commercial, and operations teams.
