Job summary

EY is seeking a CT Engineering Product Experience Leader to partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver compelling digital experiences across EY technologies. You will define direction for sophisticated systems, enable personalized journeys, and lead global design studios focused on client experience and rapid prototyping.

This role requires senior leadership, extensive design and consulting experience, and a track record in digital transformation.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree required.
• 10+ years of leadership and innovation experience in technology.
• Consulting skills and C-suite client engagement with global brands.
• Design studio management and design thinking, service design, user experience, and digital/industrial design.
• People management, coaching and training.
• Portfolio with body of work in ventures, emerging technologies and digital transformation.
• Experience presenting at industry forums and events.
• Experience partnering with qualitative and quantitative research influencing product definition.

Responsibilities

• Formulate experience innovation vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Devise tech products and solutions informed by data and delivering high-quality experiences.
• Design and implement an experience layer enabling personalized journeys across channels.
• Lead global design studios optimized for client experience and co-creation.
• Engage with clients, partners, analysts, academia to promote EY experiences and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formalize partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee UX teams to achieve best-in-class UX accreditation and scale knowledge sharing.
