EY is seeking an Engineering Product Experience Leader to define the direction for sophisticated systems across disciplines. You will deliver actionable strategies and digital experiences in EY’s technology suite, partnering with clients, customers and stakeholders to drive value and growth.

You will lead a culture of creativity, user-centricity and inclusion, while shaping data-driven UX methodologies. You will supervise design studios, drive end-to-end journeys, and collaborate with partners

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree.
10+ years of leadership and innovation experience in technology.
Consulting skills with C-suite client engagement.
Design studio management and design thinking experience.
People management, mentoring and training skills.
Portfolio of ventures, digital transformation and tech demos.

Responsibilities

Formulate experience innovation vision, strategy and operating model.
Devise products and solutions with exceptional experiences informed by data.
Design and implement an experience layer of tools enabling personalization.
Lead global design studios and co-creation initiatives with EY partners.
