Job summary

EY seeks a CT Engineering Product Experience Leader who partners with clients, customers and stakeholders to shape actionable strategies and deliver digital experiences across EY’s technology suite.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop experience platforms, collaborate with Adobe and other partners, and drive data-informed decisions while guiding end-to-end journeys in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years of leadership and innovation experience in technology.
• Consulting skills and C-suite executive client engagement experience with global brands.
• Design studio management and design thinking, service design, user experience, and digital transformation capabilities.
• People management, coaching, mentoring and training skills.
• Portfolio with body of work involving ventures, emerging technologies and digital transformation.
• Technology demonstrations and presentations at industry forums, conferences and events.
• Experience partnering with, or conducting qualitative/quantitative research, from insights to implications for product definition and delivery.
• Ability to map out options and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong conceptualization, visual communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Formulating ‘experience innovation’ vision, strategy, capability and operating model.
• Devising technological products and solutions defined by exceptional quality experiences informed by data.
• Designing, developing and implementing an experience layer of tools for personalized journeys across platforms (including Adobe).
• Equipping and managing global design studios optimized for client experience and co-creation.
• Engaging with clients, partners, analysts and industry bodies to promote EY as an experience leader.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to formalize partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
• Overseeing the user experience team to achieve best-in-class accreditation and scale knowledge sharing.
