Job summary

EY is seeking an Experience Innovation Strategy Leader to drive end-to-end customer experiences. You will partner across disciplines to define strategic direction, incubate new digital experiences, and deliver data-driven solutions with differentiated features.

You will lead design studios, engage clients and industry thought leaders, and promote a culture of creativity, inclusion and excellence in UX across EY’s global platforms.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree required.
10+ years of leadership and innovation experience in technology.
Consulting skills and C-suite client engagement experience.

Responsibilities

Formulating ‘experience innovation’ vision, strategy, capability and operating model.
Devising products and solutions with exceptional quality experiences informed by data.
Designing and implementing an experience layer for personalization across journeys.
Activating global design studios and living-design-labs for prototyping and insights.
Engaging with clients, partners, analysts and industry bodies to promote EY's Experience offerings.
Collaborating with stakeholders to formalize partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
Overseeing the UX team to achieve best-in-class usability accreditation.
