Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technology role (e.g., SaaS Consulting, Product Training, Product Marketing).
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, or implementing enterprise-grade SaaS platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or industry-specific equivalents).
• Demonstrated experience launching software features, leading customer workshops, or managing user communities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert and voice of the product at industry events, user groups, and webinars. Create compelling educational content, release notes, and product demonstrations.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize product feedback and gaps from end-users and client executives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate customer business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring the product roadmap reflects market demands.
• Provide advanced product support and enablement to internal teams and clients.
