The role requires strong project management, storytelling, and a track record of delivering integrated programs on time and within budget. A Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel are expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and develop customer reference and advocacy campaigns with enterprise and emerging companies.
• Leverage marketing programs to maximize awareness, relevance, consideration, and adoption of Veeva solutions.
• Lead regular check-ins with strategic customers to align goals and plans.
• Produce assets and deliverables for marketing plans.
• Manage execution against timelines and budget; track KPIs and ROI.
• Coordinate with planning, sales, and strategy across advocacy programs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
