• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education/experience.
• 7+ years of experience within technology-based industrial operations involving electrical and/or mechanical components.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within sustaining product engineering or development engineering.
• Experience leading and developing professional engineering teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and engineering processes.
• Knowledge of engineering tools and processes.

Insight Global is seeking a Sustaining Product Engineering Manager to support an Aerospace, Defense & Marine manufacturing operation in Mount Joy, PA.

This individual will lead a cross-functional Product Engineering team responsible for sustaining engineering activities across both new and legacy aerospace and defense connector products. The manager will oversee a team of seven full-time Product Engineers, with the potential addition of a rotational engineer and co-op/intern.

This role will be responsible for driving engineering execution, maintaining product data and technical documentation, supporting engineering changes, and partnering closely with Operations, Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering leadership. The individual will also participate as a member of plant leadership and contribute to operations strategy across the Mount Joy and Rapho facilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education/experience
• 7+ years of experience within technology-based industrial operations involving electrical and/or mechanical components
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within sustaining product engineering or development engineering
