Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education/experience.
• 7+ years of experience within technology-based industrial operations involving electrical and/or mechanical components.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within sustaining product engineering or development engineering.
• Experience leading and developing professional engineering teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and engineering processes.
• Knowledge of engineering tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional Product Engineering team responsible for sustaining engineering activities across aerospace and defense connector products.
• Oversee a team of seven full-time Product Engineers with potential rotation of an engineer/Co-op.
• Drive engineering execution, maintain product data and technical documentation, and support engineering changes.
• Partner with Operations, Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering leadership.
• Participate as a member of plant leadership and contribute to operations strategy across Mount Joy and Rapho facilities.
