Job summary

Emerson is seeking a product engineering owner to lead assigned test-system platforms from new product introduction through sustaining production. You will provide hands-on technical support during assembly, integration, configuration, calibration, testing, and production release.

You will partner with design teams to define requirements, develop validation plans, improve manufacturability and testability, and drive corrective actions across global manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, computer, systems, or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in product, systems, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting multidisciplinary electromechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specs.
• Strong cross-functional communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own test-system platforms from NPI through production.
• Provide hands-on support during assembly, integration, configuration, calibration, test, and release.
• Partner with design teams to define requirements and validation plans.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective action, and recurrence prevention.
• Balance engineering work with manufacturing escalations and schedules.
