Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Product Engineer to enable sales success for AutomationSystem product lines. You will provide timely, competitively superior technical solutions to internal and external customers, engaging with engineering, applications lab, and field staff.

The role involves product management, technical training, and promotion, with extensive domestic and international travel. You will develop technical materials, participate in seminars and trade shows, and support customers

Qualifications

BS degree in mechanical, electrical or materials engineering or equivalent.
Experience in product management, engineering or applications.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Laser and System product lines.
Communicate with customers and field sales during pre-sale and post-sale phases.
Validate new products against marketing requirements; review product changes.
Assist Product Manager with specifications and sales/marketing strategies.
Develop technical marketing materials including datasheets and articles.
Provide project management support to Engineering and Manufacturing.
Provide technical information support to Customer Service.
Test and analyze competitive products.
Present technical materials to customers and sales reps.
Support seminars, workshops, trade shows and sales meetings.
Other projects as assigned.
