Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of industrial automation and systems integration projects for manufacturing clients. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality and safety standards, and you will nurture strong customer relationships to maximize project profitability.

You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, commissioning, and stakeholder communications, leading cross-functional teams through influence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial automation, systems integration projects from initiation to completion.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMI, MES or similar industrial systems.
• Experience developing project schedules, managing budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting financial performance.
• Understanding of project contracts, scope management, change orders, and commercial considerations.
• Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Commitment to project quality, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of multiple automation projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, manage change orders, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and communicate status, risks, and financial performance to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, controls, and manufacturing environments.
