Job summary

Advantest in Arizona seeks a Product Engineer to own the full lifecycle of DH products – handlers and probers – from customer engagement and requirements definition through product development, deployment, validation, and post-sales support.

You will coordinate across R&D, field teams, and global partners, travel domestically and internationally, to support customers and drive product reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product engineering, equipment development, or related technical roles.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and customer support for DH platforms and product families from requirements through deployment and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with R&D, field service teams, and global teams to ensure successful implementations and continuous improvements.
• Develop specifications, validate prototypes, contribute to DFMA, and drive corrective actions from failure analyses.
• Support NPI activities and provide technical training to field teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customers and projects.
