Converge is building agents that buy and scale ads for consumer brands, with engineers who own entire parts of the product. You’ll talk to customers, understand their problems deeply, and decide what to build and ship—end-to-end.

You’ll own product outcomes, work across the stack, and ship features from 0 to 1. This role emphasizes fast iteration, customer conversations, and building production agents that handle high-stakes budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience with React, Python, PostgreSQL and Clickhouse.
• Past ownership of a product from 0 to 1 or direct customer collaboration to shape features.
• Bonus: production agents and data-intensive product experience.

Responsabilités

• Own product outcomes and goals with end-to-end ownership across the stack.
• Ship features from conception to UX polish, across the entire product surface.
• Talk to customers, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on solutions.
• Build production agents and tooling to manage large marketing budgets.
• Leverage AI to automate tasks and improve product workflows.
