eLLMo AI is building AI-powered panels of synthetic buyers to predict conversion on real product pages, ads, and emails. You will own the intelligence layer and the customer-facing surface, shipping end-to-end experiences from data pipelines to dashboards.

Qualifications

• Shipped LLM or agent systems to production with customer impact.
• Experience with production engineering and Python-first approach; TypeScript/Next.js a strong plus.
• Ownership mindset and reliable incident resolution.
• Ability to reason about unknowns, calibration and score stability.

Responsibilities

• Own the intelligence layer: multi-agent pipelines and personas.
• Calibrate scores and ensure trust across panels.
• Orchestrate model strategy across frontier models by cost/quality.
• Ship the product surface customers touch from pipeline to dashboard.
• Run experiments, interpret results, and iterate based on customer behavior.
