Job summary

Warp is seeking a Software Engineer on the Product team in New York City to build full-stack features across HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, and Warp AI agents. You will interface directly with customers and the sales team to translate feedback into tangible product improvements.

You will collaborate with the CTO and CEO, shipping high-impact work and helping Warp scale 10x in the coming year. This role requires frequent collaboration from our NYC office, five days a week.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer on the Product team, you'll build the features that make Warp indispensable. This isn't a siloed frontend or backend role. You'll work full-stack across our entire product surface, interface directly with customers, spec features alongside the team, and ship things that matter. One week you're building HRIS workflows, the next you're wiring up an AI agent that automates something a customer used to do manually.
