Job summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager in Fresno, CA to lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from concept to completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial/engineering environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Project, Excel).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource requirements; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production Planning, and Customer Service.
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvements, cost reductions, and process optimization.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement programs.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor activities to meet deliverables and schedules.
• Act as primary customer contact for programs, quotations, contracts, and changes.
• Develop mitigation strategies for project risks to protect production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, ISO 9001/14001, and quality systems.
• Support new product introductions and capital equipment projects.
• Maintain complete project documentation, reports, and schedules.
