TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer to hire a Mechanical Engineer II. You will support product development from concept through production, applying CFD/FEA, CAD, and CAE tools to improve performance and manufacturability.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/NX/CAESES), and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Travel domestically and internationally is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing consumer or industrial products.
• Experience applying FEA and/or CFD in product development environments.
• Strong proficiency with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, CAESES, or similar.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Support product development from concept through production launch.
• Develop and optimize products through fluid dynamics, structural, and manufacturability analyses.
• Perform FEA and CFD simulations to support decisions and validation.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product testing and validation activities.
• Analyze test and simulation results and recommend product improvements.
• Develop and enhance CAE processes to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, testing, and supplier teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on design and performance.
• Document analyses, validation results, and design recommendations throughout the lifecycle.
