Job summary

Revision-Military is seeking a Product Engineer to act as the pivotal link among Operations, Quality, Product Management, and suppliers. You will design, develop, test, and evaluate new products, ensuring correct configurations, creating drawings, and maintaining test plans.

You will also drive continuous improvement and coordinate with suppliers to support Revision’s growth and reliability. You will lead product development teams, define specifications, and ensure new products meet standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years’ experience in product development, process engineering, manufacturing or supply chain management.
Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills.
Experience reading technical drawings.
Experience with 3D modeling software (SolidWorks).
Familiar with ISO processes.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to develop a project plan and execute to completion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
U.S. Government Authorization required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and evaluate new products across the organization.
Create and maintain product drawings and test plans.
Lead cross-functional product development teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Define product specifications and develop manufacturing work instructions.
Collaborate with Product Management to ensure successful product introductions.
Provide Design-For-Manufacture feedback to engineering and tooling teams.
Work with suppliers during development and cost model creation.
Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement across products.
