  • Trusted Responsibility: Cover critical work when leadership is traveling and build credibility as a dependable partner.
  • Competitive Rewards: Strong compensation package with benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, and relocation support for qualified candidates.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead product design and development projects from early concept through production.
  • Create, test, and refine designs while ensuring manufacturability and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and technicians to deliver practical solutions.
  • Partner closely with the Lead Engineer to share workload and build toward greater leadership opportunities.
  • Support and guide interns or co-ops as part of the engineering team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required (Industrial Engineering considered).
  • Four to five years of experience in product design and development.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Creo ideal, SolidWorks/Inventor acceptable).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Bonus: prior experience mentoring or delegating to junior team members.
What Success Looks Like
  • Designs move smoothly from concept to production with minimal rework.
