Techtronic Industries Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is hiring a Project Engineer to manage multiple initiatives from concept through mass production. You will coordinate with an international team and provide technical direction to ensure on-time implementation.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, experience in consumer product development, and skills in CAD, design for manufacture, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Consumer product development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of design for manufacture and tolerance stack-up.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily communications with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet project deadlines.
• Drive product design to meet cost, timing, reliability and high-volume manufacturing requirements.
• Lead design reviews and ensure regulatory and safety compliance for development phase progression.
• Perform design analysis, including FEA, DOE, CAD validation, and testing.
• Support patent searches and contribute to IP protection efforts.
