Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Product Engineer in Nashua, NH. You will act as the technical expert for connector product lines, managing complex projects and guiding support personnel through design, development, and manufacture.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and suppliers to ensure design integrity, qualification, and successful transitions from NPI to volume production, while driving cost initiatives and process

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of industry experience in interconnects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with solid modeling tools (Pro/E) and FEA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality and reliability, perform failure analysis.
• Manage product documentation and specifications at component and process levels.
• Serve as the customer focal point for technical product information and guidance.
• Integrate new technologies and cost initiatives into product designs.
• Support NPI to volume manufacturing transitions and beta-site interfacing.
