Qualifications

• Hands-on product design and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop products or components in assigned projects.
• Manage projects from start through completion and coordinate prototypes.
• Lead engineering change orders and ensure product quality and cost targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers, QA, and manufacturing to implement design changes.
• Create and update drawings, BOMs, and validation plans.
