Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to the production team, performing failure analysis on customer products, investigating root causes, contacting the client for escalations, and setting up the repair line with ESD tools and grounding. Qualifications include an Associate degree in engineering or 3+ years as a FA engineer for computing devices,

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and oral communication.
• Minimum Associate degree in engineering or 3+ years FA engineering experience.
• Hands-on hardware assembly/disassembly experience on computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production team.
• Perform failure analysis on customer products.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
• Contact client for escalations.
• Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
• Identify optimum analytical approaches to problems.
• Communicate with local and overseas teams via email/calls.
• Prepare parts for second-level failure analysis in a customer lab.
