Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering with little experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience as FA engineer for computing devices.
• Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices

Responsibilities

• The Engineer will provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
• Engineer will use procedures and instructions to initiate the analysis process when product failure occurs.
• Investigations and research for root causes with analysis documented, recorded, and communicated internally and provide solution.
• Engineer may contact Client Company for any quality escalations.
• Responsible for first level failure analysis on Customer Products.
• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
• Work inside customer lab.
